📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best products and pricing for our retail stores.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure that we meet our customers' needs while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Manage supplier relationships, including maintaining communication, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management systems.
• Prepare and analyze reports to track procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that procurement activities align with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to ensure that we remain competitive in the market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and familiar with procurement software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
