📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure to support Mindteck's growing organization.
• Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Active Directory with other IT systems.
• Implement security best practices and policies to protect our network and data.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Active Directory technologies and trends.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff and end-users.
• Document all Active Directory configurations and processes for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Active Directory Architect or similar role.
• Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP in Windows Server.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
