As a Cost Accountant at OTA Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing cost data to ensure the financial health of our furniture manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with the production team, finance department, and senior management to implement cost-saving strategies and improve overall profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost accounting records using SAP and Excel.
• Analyze cost data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Prepare and present cost reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure cost data is collected and recorded accurately.
• Monitor and control budget adherence for various projects and departments.
• Provide cost accounting support to the finance team during financial reporting periods.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in cost accounting modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Certification in Cost Accounting (CMA or CPA) is a plus.
