📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of our clients' funds, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide strategic financial advice to our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
• Develop and implement financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with our clients' teams to understand their business needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide training and support to team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fund accounting, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Certification in fund accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficient in financial accounting software, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a global financial institution is a plus.
