📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver messages and coordinate events between departments, guests, and external partners.
• Manage guest requests and ensure timely responses.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up venues and managing logistics.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, including arranging transportation and providing local recommendations.
• Keep accurate records of all communications and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
