📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Develop and implement production schedules using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Monitor and maintain quality standards through ISO 9001 or similar certifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols.
Manage inventory and procurement to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and streamline operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager or similar role in manufacturing.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector is preferred.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
