📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Elastic's products and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our clients are always using the most effective and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our messaging and positioning are aligned with our clients' needs and expectations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to ensure that our team is always up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical architecture or consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of Elastic's products and services, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, and Logstash.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients across various industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
