Order Administrator - Customer Order Management

Leema Official is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Administrator to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless order processing for both new and returning customers. As an Order Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders using our in-house ERP system, SAP. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that orders are accurately recorded, tracked, and fulfilled. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders using SAP ERP system
• Ensure accurate recording, tracking, and fulfillment of orders
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers
• Maintain and update customer order records
• Assist in the development and implementation of order processing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer order management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer order management or a related field
• Proven experience with SAP ERP system
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with e-commerce and retail industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certification in SAP ERP or related systems is a plus
