📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the gym facility
- Manage and train a team of fitness instructors and staff
- Develop and implement fitness programs and classes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain and manage gym equipment and facilities
- Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor member attendance and engagement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gym management or fitness industry
- Certification in fitness training (ACE, NASM, or similar)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using gym management software (e.g., ClubReady, MindBody)
