📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the inventory of automotive parts, ensuring that we have the right parts available to meet customer demand.
• Oversee the procurement process, working with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our parts.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that they have access to the parts they need to complete vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems, such as SAP or Oracle, to track inventory levels and sales performance.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that parts are stored and organized efficiently, and that they are available when needed.
• Ensure that all inventory management processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs for the sales and warehouse teams to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field, with a focus on the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing inventory and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
