📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage materials and resources efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and site logs.
• Manage a team of site workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with the project manager to address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to industry best practices and regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and project reviews to discuss progress and plan next steps.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
