📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Excel
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
• Support the accounting team in audits and financial reviews
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certification in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
