• Create and maintain detailed business process models using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment between business and IT teams.
• Develop and maintain project requirements documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies, including BPMN, UML, and Agile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Professional certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is a plus.
