Head of Human Resources & General Affairs

As Head of Human Resources & General Affairs, you will be the face of our HR department, responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, and implement programs that foster a positive and productive work environment.

In this role, you will utilize tools like SAP SuccessFactors for HR management, Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations, and HRIS systems for employee data management. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office space, managing office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the general affairs department.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and hiring
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner
• Maintain a clean and organized office space
• Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of the general affairs department
• Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with the last 5 years in a leadership role
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in using HR management software like SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
