As an Air Group Reservation Agent, you'll use industry-leading tools like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport to manage bookings, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from solo travelers to large groups. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every detail of their trip is perfectly arranged, from flight schedules to hotel accommodations.

• Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, and travel packages using Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all reservations and bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and client interactions.
• Promote and sell travel packages and services to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel reservations or a related field.
• Proficient in using Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport for booking and reservations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with travel regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English is a plus.
