📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and deliver high-quality sales training programs to our team members.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on exercises.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest sales training trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales training aligns with the overall business strategy.
• Track and report on the progress and outcomes of sales training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training and development.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training tools.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
