📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, guides, and tutorials for end-users.,Write API documentation for developers.,Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional content.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Markdown).,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.
