📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment efforts.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
