Quick Crown Indonesia is looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available and in good condition when needed.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other relevant information.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
