Success Abadi Constructions Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant (Site) with proficiency in Mandarin to join our team in Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in supporting the site manager and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both in Mandarin and Indonesian, and a strong organizational background.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the site manager in coordinating and supervising site activities.,Manage and maintain site documentation and records.,Facilitate communication between the site manager and other departments or stakeholders.,Organize and arrange meetings, site visits, and other site-related events.,Support the site manager in managing site budgets and expenses.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the site.,Provide administrative support to the site manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proficient in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with project management and administrative software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
