📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to drive the company's growth and success.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on the status of operations and any issues or concerns.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the operations team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
