📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the sales counter, including inventory control, customer service, and sales transactions.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales records and reports.,Train and supervise junior sales staff to maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Identify and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective sales operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or sales environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
