📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems for electronic products.,Oversee the entire mechanical design process, from concept to production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, product designers, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into the final product.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance to ensure the feasibility and manufacturability of mechanical designs.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including CAD drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing instructions.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to improve product performance and efficiency.,Participate in product development meetings and provide technical input to ensure the successful launch of new products.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for mechanical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in mechanical design and development.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.,Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
