Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.,Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions.,Create and maintain comprehensive data reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to improve business performance.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
