📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Inventory management and purchasing of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and prepare menus based on customer demand and seasonal availability.,Train and develop new kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to travel for work if required.
