🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with HR information systems and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies
