🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale initiatives.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
