📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.,Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments.,Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.,Assist in the organization and storage of medical supplies and equipment.,Collaborate with the Store Operator to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Support the Store Operator in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and regulations.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
