📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Provide support to the recruitment team in various tasks and projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
