📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure consistent brand standards and policies.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven experience in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
