As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and coordinate waterproofing and construction activities on-site.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.,Lead and motivate a team of workers to achieve project goals.,Conduct site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision or project management.,Proven experience in waterproofing and construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
