In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, from brand identities to digital campaigns, and help shape the visual language of our clients' brands. You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, copywriters, and strategists to create compelling and innovative designs.

Tanggung Jawab:
Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output that meets client and company standards.Develop and maintain the visual identity of our clients' brands, including logos, color palettes, typography, and other design elements.Create a variety of design materials, including print and digital ads, social media graphics, email newsletters, and more.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with our clients' business goals and target audience.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, and incorporate new techniques into your work.Mentor and guide junior designers, helping them to grow and develop their skills.Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and provide clear and concise feedback on their ideas.Manage your own workload and meet deadlines, while also contributing to team goals and objectives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for all things creative.Experience working with international clients or in an international environment is a plus.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
