Links International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our HR Servicing Projects team. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.,Experience with HR servicing projects or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.,Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, is a plus.
