📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing information about our products and services to potential customers.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.,Support the sales team by preparing sales presentations, reports, and other materials.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in the technology or digital mapping industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
