📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the HR and Payroll services industry.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Develop and present sales proposals, pricing strategies, and contract agreements.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our services.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the HR and Payroll services industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
