Sentral Fitri Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced IT Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of our dental clinic systems, and providing technical support to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Provide technical support to staff and patients.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Perform regular backups and data recovery as needed.,Monitor network performance and ensure uptime.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train staff on the use of IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Experience with network administration and security.,Familiarity with dental clinic management software is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
